Hello again

welcome back,
just a quick annoucement we have put up a website for our company that will be making and developing our diesel electric cars. we have also coined D-Eh for diesel-electric hybrid. also our first model number will be De356, in honor to the Porsche 356.

The DE Project

The DE Project is based on the principle diesel locomotives use to generate forward motion. DE means Diesel Electric meaning that a high efficenciy diesel engine generates electricity that then travels to four electric motors which then pull the train. Some system have had the efficency of 100 mile per gallon while pulling a full load of train cars. So we thought that we could apply this same feature to automobiles, major car companies have already done this but have not captilized it. Cheverolet's Volt and Volkswagen have done this but have put those projects on the shelf, so i thought why can't i make one. Check back here periodically to find out how its going.
